Lotus Square

Five lotus faces on one square body. The lotus is cut deep, so the petals stay crisp even with soft snow-skin dough. A hand-press spring mold: one firm push and the pattern comes out sharp on the very first try. The patterns are designed by Thach Lan, and Chourmas is the official distributor — you will not find this set anywhere else. Beyond baked mooncakes, the mold also works for snow-skin mooncakes, sticky rice cakes, pressed cakes and jelly.
